Payment Error

You will get an error when paying if our security system detects something unusual with your connection. To solve it, simply go true the following steps

  1. Apple Devices

    • If you’re using an Apple device to make your purchase, make sure the Limit IP Address Tracking option is turned off.

  2. VPN or Proxy

    • If you’re connected to a VPN or proxy, please turn it off.

    • These services can prevent our system from identifying your location, which may block your payment from going through.

  3. Network Connection

    • If you’re connected to your home Wi-Fi, try switching to a different network (for example, your mobile data/GSM network) and attempt the payment again.

    • Conversely, if you were using mobile data, try connecting to Wi-Fi.


Following these steps should resolve most payment-related issues.
